MYSTIC LANDCRAFTING NEWS

by Jim Channon

I thought you might enjoy a few really tasty stories about getting deep value from your experience on the land.

GROUND ZERO ... a point IN PARADISE
Consider finding out where you can presence yourself much of the time during a normal day at home. A place where you can talk with friends, work on your computer, make long distance phone calls, watch a video, etc.

Consider then organizing as much majesty, beauty, and natural play inside and around that place we might call ground zreo. I have organized twenty-seven embracing elements that serve my ground zero seat which is located in a discussion pit at the edge of my lanaii.. There are many elements in the view that can support the visual side of the paradise location. There are many audio options such as wind chimes , trees shaking in the wind, and a small place where birds hop around and twitter away. Then there is the sitting arrangement which can include a variety of pillows, a table top garden of treats, and quick access to food and drink. Then there is a fireplace for evenings and a pop up large screen for movies and or web presentations. You can easily have a six thousand square foot home that actually has no special place to be in paradise. And happily you can have a tiny home with a richly appointed paradise ground zero setting and be ridiculously close to heaven.

STORYBOOK ROADS AND PATHWAYS
For every hundred meters of roadway you have on your land there can be a exceptional visual adventure scape. The most charming tool in the inventory is the storybook road. It always has a mystery curve and various flower arrangements that are placed at the end of a turn to showcase many truly beautiful plants and trees.

Nothing is dumber than a concrete (too light in color) or hard surface road that goes straight from the road to the home. The curves should be graceful and end with trees so that the viewer must imagine what is around the curve at the end. Thus the word storybook. On these meandering roads ( always big enough for a large service truck ) there is ample opportunity to share both your story and that of the land by adding art in the form of statuary, flags,

THE FEELING OF LIFEFORCE

If you have an open connection between the places where you sit, sup, or sleep and the great outdoors there is an opportunity to open your self to the very charged air and other stimulation that comes from the shine, shake, and dance of the plants nearby. Bring nature home. Cash in on the gentle rush of activity that occurs outdoors.

So, if you are stuck on your computer in the back room ... make that change!!!!
