Everyone knows we have a big 3500 gallon collapsible tank ready for set up.
All ponds should be cleared and allowed to catch water also filled during hard times.
Leave bathtubs full after bathing for washing water in case of earthquake.
Horse trough needs cleaning and a screen top to keep out trash.

FIREWOOD
For alternative cooking means
We should keep creating wood piles around property.
Keep scrap wood for fire making. Put all unused wood in scrap pile.
Notice wood along low entry road …mostly kindling keep that pile don't throw away clippings.
Notice kindling under christmas berry trees where we park.
We have trees we can cut low branches and let them dry.
Take excellent care of all saws and have gasoline supplies on hand for chainsaw.
Buy wood saver stove from catalog and solar stove if you find one.
Keep extra propane tanks full.
FOOD
Diligently harvest fruit before it goes to waste.
Freeze bananas when they are extra …store avocado's or trade for potatoes and store in cool place.
Everyone have a case or two of refried beans or chili or thick soups in cans in a hidden place.
Everyone has smallish bags of rice stored in good plastic bags and stored.
Replant Taro, potatoes, and cassava when ever possible.
Learn how to harvest monstera, Jack fruit, lilikoi.
All help take avocados to market and trade for other less perishable food.
Learn to put food up and use our own herbs and medicine bushes.
