Artesia is a realm UNTO ITSELF… a new mixed use land FOOTPRINT. We seek to have harmony surrounding us and vibrance to prompt our creative approach to life force living. It is a new combination of botanical sanctuary with food, family, and functions all sharing the same paradisiacal setting. It wanders like a labyrinth,and it grows food UP not in rows. It is five acres on the space of three when you see what it can deliver as an agro forest. It takes three minutes to walk across a pasture it takes ten minutes to traverse this labyrinth. Lots of biodiversity. Lots of nooks and sweet spots.

There are fifty hardwood trees here for our next houses. There are over one hundred fifty fruiting trees. There are fifteen micro-gardens. There are fifty separate species that are important to independent living here in North Kohala. There is an acre of pasture and no asphalt to coverparts of it up. Our biomass produces more oxygen than all the pasture that surrounds us. A grandfather tree was brought in on two flatbeds.

We are a small tribe here. We practice life-force living, we practice all art forms including paranormal explorations, we are our own philosophers and care-givers, we can teach and we can provide, and we can build the next thing we need. We cherry pick the best of all belief systems. We change our minds quickly. We evolve …above all we evolve. And we make decisions at dinner, then play music, and then offer our next being state as improv theatre . We all plant and we all harvest. We live in small portable dwellings that can go to a new site in hours. We swarm on projects and we have sanctuary enough when being alone. At this point we are families and singles, we are old and we are young, we are men and we are women we give each other our love and respect as we best can. We are survivable, sustainable, serviceable, and in sanctuary. We aim at paradise and the rest fits in.

We are constructing the screenplay for a film which could take this metaphor and this metaform out into the world as a key model for the next world. We are seeking producers for such an adventure and expect a budget of $.25 m. to make it right with animation playing a leading role. In this way we can unpack the assembly of key ideas in coherent ways. This is an assembly on the land with 16 layers of design … it needs a laminar treatment. The people and their social interaction also require exposition but not animation. Welcome to the next world.
